DEE SUMMERS - Principal
After a successful career in the auto finance industry Dee joined a Los Angeles based executive search firm in 1987 as a legal recruiter. At that time, search services were not widely available to the corporate legal community. Dee created, managed and developed a new in-house division of legal recruiting to meet the needs of this growing legal market.
Established in 1993, Summers & Associates offers superior search services with a 100% success rate on every retained search assignment.
